The Workshop of the World
Pupils find evidence
for what life was like in Victorian
times in Birmingham, examining
a range of evidence including
domestic artefacts and exploring
stories of Victorian life through
our famous collection of paintings.
Pupils also discover a range
of items manufactured in the
West Midlands, including tiles
and metalwork and see how these
relate to Victorian design
motifs.
