New Art workshops for KS1 & KS2 at Aston Hall Museum

Aston Hall Museum is launching two brand new Art workshops for KS1 & KS2:

Printing patterns- Printing Patterns looks at the beautiful design and detail around the many rooms of Aston Hall, with the whole class then taking part in a practical art activity to create their own print work based on the patterns they have discovered around the house.
- Amazing Art gives children the chance to explore and sketch inside and outside of the building, which they will use to inspire their colourful and creative splash art paintings.

These workshops bring modern art to an historical setting and will allow your pupils to use their imaginations to their fullest, whilst learning new art skills. Both sessions can be booked for May 2014 onwards. For further information please contact Lisa Williamson, Learning Officer at Aston Hall, lisa.williamson@birminghammuseums.org.uk
